Expo Hours: Saturdays 10 am-5 pm. Sundays noon to 5 pm
Set up is Friday TBA & Saturday Morning from 8 am-10 am.

Booths:

• Vendors must be directly associated with Mystical & Healing Arts. Anyone falsifying their application or not adhering to rules will not be permitted to exhibit and may be banned from further participation.
• Moving booths is not allowed once assigned.
• Vendor Booths are 8 feet wide and include wifi. If you need electricity please let us know when you sign up. 6 feet tables with covers are included at no extra cost. Exhibitors may bring their own tables and anything needed for setup.
• Instructions with specific move in details will be included in the registration process and also communicated in email if there are any changes.
• Vendors are encouraged not to come in late or leave early.
• Tents are allowed as long as they fit within an 8 foot wide space and are approved prior to setup.
• Sharing of booths is not permitted.
• Vendors agree to promote their attendance at the Central KY Mystical Market on their website, social media, etc…

10′ X 10′ Vendor Space $110
(located in lobby – commons area)

Secure 10′ X 10′ Vendor Space $120
Secure Double Vendor Space $220
(located in convention rooms – locked nightly)

If you do not show for the Market or cancel for any reason, all payments are non-refundable and non- transferable. If you cancel with advance notice greater than 2 week then the price of your booth may be credited.

*Exhibitors must disclose all services, products and therapies they’ll be offering at the Market.  If an Exhibitor falsifies any information or conducts themselves in a manner that is detrimental to other exhibitors, attendees or the event they will be asked to leave.
